Shipping & Returns
Processing and shipping time takes 2-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation of your order when your payment is received. We try our best to send packages within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends and during bank holidays. After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
We ship Worldwide through our delivery partners Canada Post in Canada, and DHL Worldwide Express using the fastest services available.
We cannot guarantee delivery times during busy periods as much of it comes down factors outside our control. However, in normal circumstances, we have the following delivery times:
Canada: 4 to 7 business days (via Canada Post)
US & Worldwide: 2 to 10 days, depending on location (via DHL Express Worldwide)
If you place your order on Fridays after 3 PM (EST), your order will be handled the next Monday.
All items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged and complete with all the original tags/labels in the original packaging. Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued via your original method of payment no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned goods. FOTY does not offer exchanges or replacements. (The shipping costs and any other direct or indirect costs, such as duties, to return the products to the premises of FOTY in Canada are at your charge).

The reason(s) for returning the item(s)
In case of a faulty, damaged or incorrect (not what you ordered) item, please include a photo of the item, clearly showing the the fault or damage
You will receive email notifications, detailed returns instructions, and status updates.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation of the return. Your money will be credited via your original method of payment. FOTY will reimburse the amount in question as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the returned goods.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, we recommend that you place a new order.
